I have always been a firm believer in serving my community and creating welcome, compassionate spaces everywhere I go. I am a Counseling Psychology Master of Arts candidate at the California Institute of Integral Studies. My research interests are LGBTQ+ youth, suicide prevention, self-exploration through acting, and the psychological state of performance.

I am also a devout theatre performer and classically trained vocalist. I studied at the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, majoring in Theatre and Music and minoring in Psychology. I was also a certificate student in Theatrical Production & Technology. I am an alumni of American Conservatory Theater’s Summer Training Congress, where I studied acting, movement, voice, text analysis, devising, and clowning.
